Get Understanding, Clarity, and Agreement. Then get Results!
For a flat fee, one of our experienced community management staff members will listen and ask questions to understand your Board's conflict and facilitate a special meeting via video conference to mediate an acceptable resolution.
- The meeting can last up to two hours and must include all interested parties.
- Meeting must have a quorum present to be valid and acceptable by the organization.
- Written notes and an outline of the agreed resolution may be provided upon request.
- NOTE: The Board (or facility hosting the meeting) must have internet access and be able to set up a computer with a camera and microphone so that all participants can be (seen and) heard during the meeting.
